Taekwondo is a fun and exciting Korean martial art with great variety, where you develop strength, fitness, motor skills, posture and balance while learning how to defend yourself.
We aim to develop an ambitious and goal driven mindset in all our members, through their belt journeys, personal training diaries and by entering local and national British Taekwondo competitions.

Poomsae Elite Team
Poomsae is a set of Taekwondo forms with sequences of defense and attack techniques put together in a pattern. We use these forms to practice our basics, Poomsae is also a very competitive aspect of Taekwondo.
Join our Poomsae Competition Elite Team and get invited to professional sessions with the very best Poomsae instructors in the UK.
Our Head Coach and Founder
Bianka Fjeld is a 3rd Dan certified Taekwondo Instructor originally from Norway. She has trained Taekwondo since 1991, is also a certified Poomsae judge and has experience from competing in both Poomsae and Sparring.
Bianka has many years of coaching experience from one of Norway’s largest martial art franchises, and has in the last 6 years coached at Peak Performance Taekwondo Academy in Wimbledon.
During her years in Peak Performance she has regularly coached and brought her students to
national Taekwondo championships. She has a great passion for
Korean martial arts and is currently also on her belt journey in
Hapkido self defence.
